Pick the station format. The logistics stay identical.

Every format below travels in the same self-contained cases, occupies the same 10×10 footprint, and runs on two ordinary outlets. What changes is the menu guests order from — and how fast the line moves.

Format 01

Monogram bar

The fastest live format we run. Guests pick two or three initials, a font from a menu of eight, and a thread color; each piece stitches in 3–6 minutes. Ideal for weddings, retail activations, and any crowd over a hundred where throughput decides whether the station feels magnetic or mobbed.

Works beautifully on robes, totes, beanies, and fleece. We cap the font menu on purpose: fewer choices, faster lines, happier guests.

Format 02

Logo embroidery station

Your logo is digitized and sew-out approved before event day, so on site it is a one-touch job. Left-chest polos, jacket backs, and cap fronts run 8–12 minutes each. Corporate teams usually pair a stitched logo with a guest-selected name or title underneath — that personal line is what stops the piece from ending up in a drawer.

Format 03

Live hat embroidery

Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps loaded on cap frames, stitched while the guest watches. Names and small marks go on the side panel; logos ride the front. When the crowd surges, we can run a patch hat lane beside the machines — heat-pressed patches finish in under a minute and keep the queue honest.

Format 04

Robe & gift station

Built for wedding mornings, spa days, and VIP gifting suites. Plush robes, satin-finish pieces, and boxed gifts get names or dates stitched and are handed back tissue-wrapped. This format also runs as a quiet pre-event service: we stitch the robe order at the shop and deliver, then run the live bar at the reception.
