Los Angeles

Built for LA's most paperwork-intensive venues.

Los Angeles events are logistics events: COI wording, dock windows, security lists, studio-lot vehicle passes. We advance all of it ourselves and carry no travel fee anywhere in LA County — the freeway is just part of the commute.

DTLA and hotel-tower events

Downtown hotel ballrooms mean shared freight elevators and strict dock scheduling. Our cases ride passenger elevators when freight is booked out, and the whole bar hand-carries — a genuine advantage in towers where every rolling cart needs paperwork and a scheduled window. The evening launch-party photos on this site came out of exactly this kind of DTLA room.

Studio lots and production events

Lot events add vehicle passes, drive-on lists, and escort requirements. Send us your production contact and we handle credentials directly; the bar's self-contained footprint suits soundstage-adjacent spaces where house power is precious and equipment scrutiny is real — two 15-amp circuits is an easy ask on any stage.

Westside pop-ups and brand activations

Melrose, Abbot Kinney, and Culver City retail spaces run tight: the compressed single-machine format fits an 8×8 corner and hums quietly enough for an open sales floor. Multi-day launch runs are common here — we stage before open and restock overnight so the store never sees the work.

Across every format, LA County carries no travel fee, and quotes account for the real costs of the venue you name — including the parking situation, because this is still Los Angeles.

An LA venue on your list?

Name it - tower, lot, or storefront. Odds are good we have loaded into it, and the quote will reflect its quirks accurately.
