Power: two ordinary outlets

The full two-machine bar draws from two standard 120V, 15-amp circuits. Each commercial embroidery machine pulls a few hundred watts under load — genuinely less than the coffee urn at the back of the room. No 220V service, no tie-ins, no generator indoors. We carry surge protection, 25-foot rated extension runs, cable ramps, and gaff tape, so a distant outlet is our problem to solve, not yours.

At trade shows, one 500-watt drop from the decorator covers the station — usually the smallest package on the order form. Outdoors, the bar happily runs off event power distribution; its draw is a rounding error on a festival grid.

Space: 10×10, queue included

The standard footprint is 10×10 feet: machines and hooping table at the back, menu and pickup at the front, guest queue folded along the face. We bring our own tables, so venue furniture stays where it belongs. A single-machine retail format compresses to 8×8. Ceiling height, floor type, and carpet are all non-issues; we only ask for level ground.

Load-in: standard doors, no dock required

Everything travels in wheeled road cases that fit standard door frames and passenger elevators — a freight elevator is nice, not necessary. Typical load-in is about 90 minutes from curb to first stitch; pack-out is under an hour. We supply the certificate of insurance and schedule dock or elevator windows directly with your venue so nothing lands on your list.

Sound and mess: neither

Machines hum at conversation level, quieter than an espresso machine. There is no ink, no water, no compressed air, and thread trimmings stay inside our station. The venue floor looks identical when we leave.
